Tropical Fish Dish
Hake, potato,orange, lemon, salt, pepper, carrot, olive oil, butter
Rub the hake with salt and pepper. Preheat your stove until hot. Add butter to your pan. Once the butter has melted, place the hake on the pan. Until the hake is golden brown, flip it over. Once the other side is golden, move aside. Chop your carrots into thin slices. Sauteé the carrots. Boil the potatoes until soft. Smash the potatoes and mould together forming a cylinder shape. Fry the potato until golden brown then set aside. Add olive oil to a pot, squeeze the lemon and orange. Whisk until combined and add a pinch of pepper. Bring to a simmer and then start plating. Enjoy!
