Apple Phyllo cup - a classic redone

1 Package Phyllo pastry
3 Tbs melted butter

Filling
3 yellow delicious apples diced
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp corn starch
1 Tbs flour
2 Tbs Milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp ground nutmeg
2 Tbs vanilla essence
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins

Topping
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbs butter chilled and diced
1/4 tsp baking powder

Whipped cream and caramel treat for topping

Method
Spray a large 6 muffin tin with spray and cook
cut each phyllo piece into 4 pieces
place 1 sheet on work surface and brush with butter.
Continue with another 2 pieces following the above method placing each sheet at an alternative angle.
Lift and push into large muffin tin to create a cup.

For filling
Mix all ingredients together.
Place mixture equally between all 6 phyllo cups.

Crumble
Mix all dry ingredients together
Rub butter into mixture to create crumble.
Placed heaped amount of crumble on top of apple filling.

Place a small amount of left over crumble on a baking sheet and bake until crunchy approx 5-8 minutes.

Bake 180*C for 35 minutes
Let cool slightly.
Remove from tin and place on serving dish,
Top with whipped cream and drops of caramel treat
Sprinkle roasted crumble around
