lemon cake

280 g flour
half a teaspoon of baking soda and salt
300 g caster sugar
135 g butter
teaspoon of vanilla escences
1 table spoon of lemon zest
3 large eggs
150 g of sour cream
75 ml of lemon juice

grease to cake pans and preheat oven to`180 C
in a bowl add flour,salt baking soda
in a seprate bow add butter and sugar and mix till fluffythen add eggs one by one after mixin add vanilla , sour cream and lemon juice after mixing add dry ingredients in and stir well after mixing divide into 2 cake pans and let it bake for 1 hour.

Icing
half a cup of whip cream
200 g creamcheese
135 g of butter
1 table spoon of vanilla escense
300 g of powderd sugar
optional:add a little lemon zest on top

mix butter and creamcheese till fluffy then add powderd sugar and vanilla .
After mix slowly fold in whip cream tillsmooth
