Turmeric rice
1. Turmeric(grinded)
2. Rice
3. Black pepper
4. Vegetables eg green beans or peas,onions,bell pepper (green or red)
5. Knorr and sat
6. Meat
7. Meat stock
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the meat
2. Boil the rice
3. Chop the vegetables
4. Pour the meat stock in the pot
5. Add the seasonings and allow to boil
6. Pour the parboiled rice into the water
7. When the water is no longer seen or on top of the rice, add the vegetables
8. When the water dries, stir the rice properly
