Strawberry Jelly cake

Ingredients:
* 2 packets Marie biscuits
* strawberry flavored yogurt 1kg
* 2 packets of lemon jelly
* 100g melted butter
* 2 cup of water
* 2 cup of hot water
* 2 packets of fresh strawberries

Method:
1. Hand cruch the two packets of biscuits. then put in a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Place in a bowl.
2. Pour the melted butter on the crushed biscuits. mix well.
3. Pour the biscuit and butter mixture in the pot , toast for 15 minutes. Do not let it burn.
4. In a cale tin press the cool toasted biscuit mixture in the tin a lnd press it down with your hands. let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Pour the two packets of jelly in a bowl. stir in 2 cups of hot water. then sir in another 2 cups of cold water.
6. Pour the yogurt in a bowl mix in 3/4 of the jelly in the yogurt mix until smooth.
7. let sit for 1 hour.
8. Chop the strawberries.
9. After the yogurt is set , lay the strawberries on top.
10. Pour in the left over amount of jelly let it sit for 4-6 hours.
11. Enjoy with lemon zest or fresh cream on top.
