Chocolate Brownies

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

140 g Butter
4 Extra Large Eggs
350 g Castor Sugar
140 g Snowflake Cake Flour
75 g Cocoa Powder
100 g Marie Biscuits (crushed)
100 g White/Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
100 g Pecan/Walnuts (crushed)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees
2. Line square dish with butter well, put baking paper inside dish and press to the
sides
3. Melt butter and leave to cool
4. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy and smooth
5. Stir in cooled butter
6. Mix flour and cocoa into a separate large bowl
7. Stir in egg mixture
8. Fold in crushed biscuits, chocolate pieces and crushed nuts
9. Pour into dish
10. Bake for 30-35 min
11. Cool in dish for 10 min
12. Cut into squares and allow brownies to totally cool in the dish
13. Dust with icing sugar
14. Place chocolate squares onto serving platter/bowls and can be served with
fresh strawberries and ice-cream
