Ingredients
2 bananas, ripe but firm
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 kiwi peeled and cut into slices
1 Mandarine cut into segments
6 Strawberries, washed and halved
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce
6 toothpicks
Method
1. Cut the bananas into 4cm slices.
2. Melt the butter and golden syrup in a non-stick pan over medium heat .
3. Coat the sliced banana in the golden syrup mixture.
4. Arrange each cooked banana piece on a plate and top with a kiwi slice, ½ a mandarine segment, whipped cream and strawberry halves. You can use a toothpick to keep it in place.
4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
5. Serve with chopsticks.
