Pineapple Dessert

Pineapple Dessert🍍

1 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 big tin crushed pineapples (430g)
Granadilla pulp (optional)

Beat fresh cream till light peaks
Add sour cream and condensed milk
Beat till well combined
Strain the crushed pineapples
Fold crushed pineapple and granadilla pulp

Pineapple Jelly
In a small pot add the pineapple syrup from the crushed pineapple
Add a cup of water
Little yellow colouring
1¼ tsp agar agar
Give it a boil

Layer as desired
