Orange Chicken

Orange chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken cut and washed
1 large orange squeezed
½ tblsp crushed garlic
½ tblsp red garlic paste
½ tblsp ginger garlic
1 tap jeeru powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp yellow food coloring
¼ tsp saffron crushed
¼ cup maas
1 tblsp orange and pepper spice
1 tblsp lime juice
2 tblsp olive oil

Marinate in above for +- 1 hour
Cook on low till done

Sauce
2tblsp butter
½tsp crushed garlic
1 tblsp orange pepper Spice
Juice of 1 orange (put according to how you like it)
2-3 tblsp mayo
1 Sachet tomato paste
Pinch of yellow food coloring

Gently heat above ingredients in a sauce pan
Pour over cooked chicken
Put in oven at 180 for +- 10 minutes

Vegetables
Gem squash
Corn
Sweet potato
Steam on medium heat
Add 2-3 tblsp of butter
3 tblsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt
You can add any other vegetables

Fries
Cut potatoes into chips
Fry on medium heat
Toss in salt pepper and chilli powder
