500g butter
6 cups cake flour
1cup icing sugar
1/2 cup corn flour
2 eggs
1tsp lemon essence
*Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy
*Add eggs and Vanilla essence
*Mix until well combined
*Sift flour and corn flour
Adding gradually to the butter mixture
*Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
*Roll using a rolling pin
*Cut into desired shapes
*Or put in a piping bag with a nozzle
*Bake for 10 Min @180*
