Yummy Gummy Berry Muffins

Fresh Blue Berries
2 Eggs
2 Cups of Snowflake All Purpose Flour
1 Table Spoon baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
Drop of Pink food colouring
1/3 cup of oil
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup of Milk

Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
Mix all the above into a mixing bowl until smooth . Then throw in blueberries and food coloring.
Grease the muffin baking tray and fill cups 3/4 full and then place in oven baking for 15 min or until golden brown .
Remove from oven and let cool before taking out of baking tray.
