Cranberry and White Chocolate Pancakes

1 mug self raising flour
1 mug milk
1 egg
Any fruit flavour you like (we used dried cranberries and milky lane chocolate)
Butter to cook

1. In a large bowl add 1 level mug self raising flour
2. Add 1 mug of milk to the flour in the bowl
3. Add the egg
4. Whisk until there are no lumps
5. Add your chosen flavor/flavors we used cranberries and whites chocolate chunks

Tip: you can even grate in fresh fruit like apple, pear, coconut, orange zest, cheese, anything you like

6. In a heated pan or on a flat grill spray with cooking spray and melt the butter
7. Pour the pancakes in rounds and wait for the bubbles to start forming on top and then flip them over.

tip: you can also heat a baking tray in the oven (use the bottom element only) and cook the pancakes; flip them the same way you would in a pan.

8. Stack the cakes and squeeze on fruit syrup, honey, peanut butter, yoghurt, ice cream or what ever you like. Even plain as they are they are delicious!
