Herbed parmesan cheese loaf

Herbed parmesan cheese loaf

2 cups flour
10g yeast
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
200g parmesan cheese
100g cheddar cheese
Pinch mixed herbs (dried or fresh)

Method
1. Mix yeast in a cup of water and leave to stand.
2. Soft flour, salt and sugar into large mixing dish.
3. Add mixed herbs, cheddar cheese and half of the parmesan cheese, and mix.
4. Add oil and yeast mixture. Make into a dough.
5. Cover tightly and keep in a warm area to rise for an hr.
6. Once risen, punch and kneed for abt 5 minutes.
7. Put into bread load tin (make sure tin in properly sprayed with cook and bake or glazed with oil).
8. Cover and leave to rise for abt 10 minutes.
9. Add remainder of parmesan cheese and put into oven for abt 30 minutes or until brown at 180°c.
10. Once ready, leave to stand for abt 5 minutes then remove from tin. Cut and enjoy
