Jelly Surprise

You will need, one ruby grapefruit, one packet of cherry jelly.
Cut the grapefruit in half , remove the fruit part out of the peel carefully. Mix the jelly according to the packet instructions. Mix the fruit pulp with the jelly. Pour back into the peel . Place on a plate in a fridge to set. Remove once set and enjoy!
