Lollipops pot stickers
Wrappers
150g flour
125ml boiling water
Mix flour with half of the boiling water till crumbly
Slowly add remaining water to form a dough
Kneed for 6-8 mins till smooth and elastic
Filling
6 pork sausages , remove casings
Garlic x 1tsp fresh crushed
Ginger x 1 tsp freshly grated
1x grated apple
Half x finely grated onion
Half cup fresh chopped coriander
Dip in sauce
3 tbsp Soya sauce
Garlic x 1/4 tsp
Ginger x 1/4 tsp
2x tbsp Sweet chili sauce
Fill wrappers with filling and pinch closed edges.
Steam wrappers in a pan until all water evaporated. Brown the bottom of pot stickers.
Serve pot stickers with fresh coriander and finely chopped spring onion.
