Croissant Casserole

For 4 person:

4 croissants
1 handful berries of your choice
250 ml milk
200 ml cream
3 eggs
1 tb cornflour
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla bean
2 handful almond flakes


Step 1:
Pre heat oven to 200 °C
Step 2:
Fill the casserole with the Croissants roughly plucked and put the berries in between
Step 3:
Milk, cream, eggs, cornflour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla mark (took out of the bean) in a bowl, wisk it well and pour it over the croissants
Step 4:
Sprinkle everything with the flaked almond and bake it for 15 min until gold brown
Step 5:
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
