Hide-and-seek blueberry cheesecake

CHEESECAKE
3 digestive biscuits
2 Tbs melted butter
125g cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
30g castor suger
12 blue berries

1.Bash the digestive biscuits and then mix with the melted butter. Spoon the crumb mixture into ramekins and press down with the back of a spoon.
2. Mix the cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla extract together
3. Place 3 blueberries in each of the ramekins.
4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over over the blueberries in the ramekins.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.

SAUCE
Blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Some cornstarch

1. Bring the blueberries, sugar and water to the boil in a small sacuepan.
2. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes until the blueberries break up
3. To thicken the sauce, add a teaspoon of cornstarch to a bit of water. Then add the slush to the blueberries.
4. Spoon the sauce over the cheesecakes or serve on the side.
