Fruity cake surprise

Fruity cake surprise recipe
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CAKE
150 g soft margarine
3 extra-large eggs
200 ml milk
5 ml (1 t) vanilla essence
500 ml (2 c) cake flour
12 ml (2 1/2) baking powder
Pinch salt
250 ml (1 c) caster sugar
3 oranges
2.5 ml orange color powder
METHOD FOR CAKE
Preheat the oven to 180 c. Grease two 20 cm loose based cake tins with butter,margarine or non stick spray. Line the base with baking paper. Place the margarine,eggs,milk and vanilla essence in a large mixing bowl and beat well. Sift the flour ,baking powder,salt and caster sugar over the margarine mixture in the bowl. Beat with a electric beater for 1 minute or until well-blended. Now add the orange powder. Divide the batter between 2 cake tins, making a slight well in the center of each. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a testing skewer comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cakes. Turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool completely. Once cool cut out a piece from the center of one of the cakes. Take two oranges and put the in the little well. One that is done we make the butter cream.

WHAT YOU WILL FOR BUTTER ICING
150 g softened butter or margarine
900 ml icing sugar
5 ml (1 t) vanilla essence
METHOD FOR BUTTER ICING
Beat the butter until creamy. Sift in the icing sugar by the spoonful while beating continuously. Add the vanilla essence and beat until creamy. Split the icing into two bowls and put orange powder in on bowl of the icing and mix. Spread some of the white icing over one cake layer and put the other cake on top. Cover the whole cake with the orange icing. On top of the cake make 6 white triangles. After that take orange pieces and put them on top of the cake.
