Garden of Eden

. In a pot, Bring 2cups of milk to the boil.
. In a bowl mix 5tblspns of milk, 15ml of cornstarch, 3tblspns of sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Add mixture to the pot and bring to boil again. Whisking constantly
. Chill custard. Wrap tightly to avoid it forming a skin.
. Whip whipping cream to soft peaks, add liquid stabilizer and add to chilled custard.
.for the tart shell, crush 1 packet tennis biscuits and add melted butter. Mould to dish and freeze.
. Once the tart shell has hardened, add the custard and garnish with fruit of choice.
