Ingredients
 6 –8 skinless, boneless chicken fillets
 1 x 500ml Apricot Fruit Juice
 1 x Packet of Thick white onion soup
 5 x Apricots or a tin of apricots
Instructions
1. First cut up the chicken fillets into bite size chunks and place in casserole dish.
2. Pour the Apricot juice into a jug.
3. Add the packet of thick white onion soup and mix until all powder is gone.
4. Cut up the apricots and place them in between the chicken.
5. Pour the mixed sauce over the chicken and apricots in the casserole dish.
6. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
7. Cook chicken in oven for 1 hour.
8. The chicken creates its own gravy.
9. This can be served with mashed potatoes and peas as a side, with the left
over juices being used for gravy.
