Tiaras apple strudel!

Ingredients:
Puff pastry
8 apples
2 tablespoon white sugar
Tablespoon cinnamon
Lemon juice teaspoon
2 tbs butter
Egg wash 2 eggs Switch the oven on to 180 degrees. Peel and cut and core the apples in slices, drizzle lemon juice on the apples so it doesn’t go brown. Then put in pan on medium heat, add sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of
butter. Then caramelize, then wait a few mins to cool down get the puff pastry and cut diagonal going down and also on the other side, when the apples are ready put the apples in the middle do a braid pattern on the top, then brush on egg wash all over, spray the cooking tray with spray and cook then put the apple strudel in the oven for 20-25 mins.
