Nina’s strawberry surprise

Ingredients
3 mashed bananas
1 + 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup Unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 tspVanilla extract
3/4 cup Sour cream
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 Large eggs
1 Large egg white
2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 Baking soda
1/2Salt

Method
Cream butter, oil and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and sour cream. Sift together all the dry ingredients. Add half the dry ingredients, mix. Add mashed bananas and the other half of the dry ingredients. Bake in 3 buttered and lined cake pans. Bake for 35 minutes at a 180c.

Now to decorate
When cakes are cooled cut into strawberry shape by using template of a strawberry. Fill with caramel between layers and ice the outside with butter icing. Cover with red fondant and add decoration as per picture, such as eyes, pips and leaves.
