Kiwi Cake with white chocolate coat

For the Vanilla Cake.
You will need:
2 cups Flour(self raising flour preferably)
A teaspoon per cup Baking powder if you don't have self raising flour
2 large eggs
250ml full cream milk
150ml sunflower oil
1 cup White sugar


What to do:
1.Preheat the oven to 180°
2.grease 4 round baking pans
3.put solids in one bowl and liquids in another
4.mix the milk,oil and eggs together and add to the flour and sugar
5.blend until ingredients are combined.
6.mix with an electric mixer for 2 mins
7.pour mixture evenly into the four pans
8.bake for 20 to 30 minutes
9. sandwich the layers with half of the icing

Cake icing:
Icing sugar(your choice)
100g softened butter or margarine
30ml full cream milk
Cocoa powder

What to do:
1.Beat the butter or margarine until light and creamy
2.add icing sugar and beat well until icing is smooth and lump free
3.then add 3 spoons of cocoa powder for the brown colour and light chocolate flavour then mix with spatula or spoon.
4.add milk and beat .if the icing is too thick add milk until the desired consistency is reached.

For chocolate coat:
White Chocolate
Wax paper
Spoon
Plastic Bowl
Pot
Boiled water

What to do:
1.pour boiled water into pot
2.break the chocolate into pieces then put it inside the plastic bowl
3.put the plastic bowl into the pot
4.let it melt then use a fork to stir until te chocolate looks runny
5.use the wax paper to spread the runny chocolate on and thin using a spoon.
6.place the wax paper with the chocolate inside the freezer until frozen then take it out and break it how you want it to look
7.put the icing around the cake using a knife the coat it with the broken pieces of chocolate.


Kiwi:
Cut two kiwi's into thin slices the place them on the cake then leave the cake to sit in the fridge for an hour before you dig in.
