Fruity Delight Chicken Pitta

INGREDIENTS
*SALSA*
1cup Avocado
1cup Peaches in syrup
1/2cup Red and Green bell
pepper
1/4cup Red onion
1/2 cup feta cheese
5Tbsp Lemon juice
3Tbsp Sweet chilli Sauce
Pinch Salt and pepper
*CHICKEN*
4 Fresh boneless chicken
breast
2Tbsp Olive oil
1Tbsp Cayenne pepper
Chicken spice
Aromat
Pinch salt

*PITTA*
Bought pitta bake for 3min at 180°c

METHOD

1. Chop the Avocado Peaches Peppers Onion and feta into small cubes(diced)
2.Mix all chopped ingredients into a glass bowl
3.Add the lemon juice and sweet chilli mix well together
4.Place chicken breats into a glass bowl add the olive oil and all the spices (Cayenne pepper Chickenspice Aromat)
5. Rub in all spices and olive oil with your fingertips
6.Shallow fry chicken breats 5 min on each side
7.Bake pittas for 3min at 180°c
8.Shallow fry slices of tomato and slices mushrooms *optional *
9.Cut Pitta open place 2 slices of tomato and 1 spoon full of mushrooms
10.Place a warm Chichen breast
11. 2 spoon fulls of the fruity peach and Avocado salsa
12. Drizzel a little bit of peach syrup and sweet chilli sauce
13. Add garnish clean plate
14. SERVE ! :)
