Madeleine's White Chocolate and Strawberry Cheese Cake Extravaganza
INGREDIENTS
BASE:
1 Packet of Marie Biscuits
75g Butter
3 Tablespoons of White Sugar
FILLING
300g Cream Cheese
300g White Chocolate
120ml Double Cream
Punnet of Strawberries and Chocolate
METHOD
BASE
Prepare the tart tin by coating it in butter
Break the Marie Biscuits in small pieces by putting it in a plastic bag and hitting it with wooden
spoon or cake roller
Melt the butter in the microwave
Add the sugar and biscuit pieces to the butter and mix well
Pour it into the tart tin and push tightly against the bottom and sides of the tin
FILLING
Pour the Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Cream and pieces of White Chocolate into a microwave safe bowl
and stir.
Microwave on the lowest setting till all the chocolate have melted and the batter is smooth – remove
from the microwave regularly and stir
Pour into the tart tin and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours
Decorate with Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate just before eating
